Discovered from an artificial by-product in the manufacture of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (carbon), we developed an innovative process using the most elaborate laboratory procedures to optimally refine silicone-free vegetable lipids with synthetic materials and the highest quality ingredients. The result forms an outstanding stability with strong surface tension, which gives any smooth surface an additional deep gloss with long-lasting resistance.

The application of a phantom coating starts with a classic cleaning process, where we recommend the Chem-Tools MasterCollection. After thorough cleaning with the mild wash formulation CustomWash and subsequent polishing with Acryshield S, you have prepared the surface for the wax. At the same time, oils, greases and silicones have been gently removed to allow optimum bonding. Make sure to use clean and soft cotton cloths while applying light pressure. Spread the wax evenly over the entire surface with a soft cloth and leave it for a few minutes until the drying process becomes visible. At this moment, use two clean cloths to first roughly pick up the wax and then polish it to a high gloss without applying strong pressure. For this purpose, we recommend soft and washed-out cotton cloths, which you should turn regularly when using them and then wash without fabric softener. Do not use synthetic fibers for polishing, as these may cause scratches under pressure.

Due to its low consumption, the concentrate is extremely economical and, depending on the individual application purposes and the processing quality, is sufficient for up to 10 applications on one vehicle. The temporal effectiveness of the phantom concentrate varies depending on your individual environmental conditions. For heavily used everyday vehicles or in tropical climates, we recommend refreshing the sealant after one quarter. On gently treated collector's items, the effect is still strongly measurable after more than a year.  For regular care, use the coordinated products of the Chem-Tools Master Collection.

The modern concentrate, which is also regarded as a further development of pure Grade One Carnauba wax, was specially developed for the uncompromising coating of high-quality surfaces and is therefore not a skin care product, so please follow the instructions on the packaging. We also recommend that you always carry out a material compatibility test before use and take sufficient time for manual processing. For optimal storage, the phantom formulation uses a special violet jar that should only be opened briefly during application to ensure product freshness and associated performance.
